About Nazim
Nazim is a social media insights analyst for the award winning digital/social team at MWW Group, one of the top ten independent PR firms in the US. Since 2009, Nazim has provided insights through in-depth research on public discourse on social networks to inform strategy and program development for MWW Group’s Dialogue Digital group, previously known as DialogueMedia, through qualitative and quantitative primary research using platforms such as Radian6, Sysomos and other sources. In addition, Nazim works closely on MWW Group’s flagship client Nikon Inc. in providing support for its social media platforms, pressroom management and podcast development. In addition to Nikon, Nazim’s experience includes working on client accounts such as BMW Motorcycles, Volkswagen, McDonald’s NY Tristate, Samsung Electronics, as well as advocacy organizations such as Consumer Specialty Products Association and National Association of Corporate Directors.
Prior to joining MWW Group, Nazim was active in healthcare policy issues, first as a Government Relations Intern and Communications Assistant at Healthcare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ) headed by the late-Congressman Bob Franks and then as a blogger on issues related to chronic-but-preventable diseases on the New Jersey Health Blog. Nazim conducted outreach to local bloggers on the issues and covered significant press events by creating and posting rich content during the 2008 presidential election campaign season.
Nazim earned a Master of Arts in Corporate and Public Communication from Monmouth University in New Jersey. For his graduate thesis, Nazim conducted textual analysis of domestic and international press coverage of the DP World and P&O troubled merger of 2006. Nazim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University.
In his personal time, Nazim enjoys travel, photography and passionate about human rights, government policy and international relations.
